BW Week #5: Honey, I'm pregnant!
This is the final image in the series.
This image was created as commissioned work for a charity. It was one of the few ones I did last year that got me interested in doing a lot. The location used was an old Church not far from my office and the lighting was superbed for what we were trying to achieve. All in all I was quite pleased with the images we got that day. I'll post another one from this shoot tomorrow. On another note, I am testing out this new feature for the shutterchance blogging system. We've not given it a name yet but the idea is to make the whole blogging experience more interesting and interactive. For those of you who are members of Facebook, this new feature(or function) is something you're all familiar with. For the others well, let's just say that now if you leave your email address when posting a comment and checking the "notify me by email of new comments" box, you'll be as it says be notified when a comment is posted. Try it out guys!

It doesn't look to me like they're discussing pregnancy. From the haughty look on the man's face, and the dejected look on the woman's face, it looks like the man is giving her the "It's not you, it's me" speech.
Umm... I've never particularly loved that feature in Facebook of comments to pictures that are not of me
But this is a lovely capture! Got good response for tomorrow?
I - LOVE - IT! Think the heading is apt, they speak of the unwanted x
Love the shot. The new feature is cool too.
Beautiful
I agree with Bitchy. Nice composition.
brilliant shot jide!
i i'm not too keen on cluttering my box so i just simply view my 'comments received' page to see who's made a comment what i would like would be to receive notification for responses to my posts on the forum and admin posts on the forum i'm happy with the notifications of responses to comments though...except for one thing... it still get's the emails of the responders wrong and therefore we can't reply the replies directly (if you respond to this post, for instance, i'll recieve your email as jide@yahoo.com which i'm sure is not your addy) dunno of it's an sc glitch or a yahoo glitch)
Great shot Jide...
Congratulations???? I don't think its welcome.
It's a very theatrical shot. Full of tension and drama. Oh I do love that kind of lighting.
Absolutely fantastic lighting. Beautiful scene.
Wonderful lighting and shadows. The composition is excellent and the setting itself is very dramatic. I love the expressions and the body language too (the legs up on the couch with the extended arm, the other arm extended across the top of the couch). It's all so perfect.
